When will I receive my order?

Orders take about 1-3 business days to process and 2-5 business days to be delivered. Processing times are defined as the time it takes for our team to receive, pick, and pack your order. This is not relative to your shipping time. As soon your order ships, you will receive a separate email notification. Please note, expedited shipping only reflects in your transit time, not order processing. Storm Golf will not be responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address.

What if there is a missing item in my order?

If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to our customer support team by clicking here. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to ship any remaining items to you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. The email will contain information to track your order.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

Yes, orders shipping to a US PO Box & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only a standard shipping method. UPS Ground or expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.

Do Storm Golf products come with a warranty?

All Storm products come standard with a 30-day warranty, limited to manufacturing defects, from the date your order was placed. We absolutely understand that we are not immune to the occasional defect and will always stand behind our products. We take pride in providing quality products to our customers.

Exchange & Return Policy

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

What is your exchange and return policy?

Storm products come standard with a 30-day Exchange/Return Window from the date you order was received. If you need to return any items in your order we can happily help initiate the process that for you. A few important things to note:

For Exchanges: Storm will cover the cost of the return and the exchange at no cost to the customer.

For Returns: Storm will issue requested return labels on refunds, and the cost of the postage ($10 USD) will be reduced from the total refund amount. The total refunded amount will be clearly outlined once the refund has been issued.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), please allow for 7-10 business days for our team to fully process your return and refund. You will receive an automated email response letting you know that your order has been refunded. Storm does not issue refunds on the cost of shipping. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product as well as taxes. In the case there was a shipping cost associated with the order, that will not be refunded.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which received which includes proper packaging. Products that are worn, washed, or tags removed will not be eligible for exchange or return.

How do I return an item?

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date you order was received. There are two ways to submit a return: 1) self return 2) submit a return though our online form.

1) Self Return: If you haven't already, first set up a account profile by following this process. Once you have a a profile, you can select the order and follow the steps to initiate the return.

2) Return Request via Form: Alternatively, you can click here to fill out our form and select "Return" as the Subject to start your return and receive your return label. Return Shipping Labels are $10.00 and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.

Place your items back in your original package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS.
Remember to keep your tracking number!

Please allow 10-14 days for your return to arrive to our facility. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.

Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear in your account.

How do I exchange an item?

Enter your order number and email address associated to the original order and you will have the option to exchange your products for a different size/color.

What is your return address?

Unfortunately, our returns address is not available. All returns must be processed through by requesting via form here.

Any unauthorized return labels will not be processed and sent back to sender.
